LOST IN TRANSIT ORDERS

If you believe your parcel is lost, you may file a claim with us if there has been no tracking status update for 10 business days. Claims must be submitted within 5 days from the last tracking update; otherwise they may be declined.

*Please note that approved purchase insurance claims will be issued a replacement or store credit 


STOLEN ORDERS

If your order is marked as 'delivered' but you haven't received, it is unfortunately considered stolen/lost in transit. Claims must be submitted within 3 days from delivery date to be approved.

*Please note that if you authorise for your parcel to be left unattended at the shipping address, you are not covered by Geedup's Purchase Insurance


EXCLUSIONS

- If 'Authority To Leave' is selected by the receiver, you are NOT covered by Purchase Insurance

- If the incorrect address is input by the receiver, you are NOT covered by Purchase Insurance
