You can reach out to our friendly Customer Care Team a number of ways, the easiest and fastest way to resolve this for you is to visit our Returns Portal HERE and selecting the faulty/damaged item option. Make sure you have your order number, email address, image of the fault and preferred outcome on hand ready to help us provide you with a quick resolution.
