My order has been Returned To Sender. What do I do?Updated 19 days ago

Orders are typically returned to sender due to one of the following reasons:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address

  • Parcel was unclaimed from the post office

  • Delivery was attempted but unsuccessful

  • The courier was unable to safely deliver the parcel

We always recommend double-checking your shipping details at checkout to avoid delays.

If you've checked your tracking link and can see that your item has been returned to us, please reach out to us via email and our team will assist in arranging for it to be sent back out to you.

When contacting us, please include:

  • Your full name

  • Your order number

  • The correct shipping address

This will help us process your request as quickly as possible.

Please note: If a significant amount of time has passed since your order was returned, the item(s) may no longer be available to be sent back out to you - a store credit will be provided instead.
