Below is our refund and returns policy - please have a read over this before making a purchase. We pride ourselves on being able to keep a close connection with all our customers, so we thought we'd fill you in on how things operate in our space before you join the Geedup family.

• If a change of mind occurs, all items are subject to an exchange or credit to the same dollar value (in the form of a gift card). This store credit will have no expiry.
• Your item/s must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
• Returned item(s) must be unworn, unwashed or otherwise unused with all original tags/labels attached. Geedup reserves the right to decline returns that exceed the specified return period or are not in their original received condition. In such instances, the package will be returned to the customer, and any associated shipping costs will not be covered by Geedup.
• Refunds are NOT provided, unless a purchased item is faulty and returned within 30 days of purchase.
• If an item is faulty and a refund does occur, the purchase price (excluding delivery charges) will be refunded to you using the original payment method, once we have received the returned item back and confirmed that it meets the conditions stated above.
• You are responsible for any costs associated with returning the item to us.
• Order cancellations are processed in the form of a store credit. This store credit will have no expiry.
• Gift cards are not eligible for return.
• If we determine that a purchased product, was ordered using a robot, automated software, or suspected reseller orders - we reserve the right to refuse the return of any orders that have been purchased, order cancellations, or refund at our absolute discretion.
• Please note that all orders made on a promotion/discount/event are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any items purchased. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and accept this policy. We encourage you to carefully review your order before finalising your purchase.
