How to Return or Exchange an Item
Please follow the steps below to ensure your return is processed smoothly.
Step 1: Start Your Return via this link: https://geedupclothing.loopreturns.com/#/
Begin your return by submitting your request through our Returns Portal.
You will need to provide:
Your order number (found at the top of your order confirmation email)
The email address used to place the order
Select the item(s) you wish to return or exchange and submit your request.
Step 2: Prepare Your Item
Using the provided returns label, send your item back to the address above.
Please ensure:
Item(s) are unwashed and unworn
Proof of purchase is included
The return form has been completed and approved prior to sending
You must ship your return within 14 days of receiving your order.
Please allow 3–5 business days from the date we receive your return for processing.
Store Credit Returns
If you choose a store credit:
Once your return is received and approved, you will be issued a Credit Note in the form of a Gift Card
The credit will equal the value of your returned item(s) excluding shipping
The gift card has no expiry date
The balance can be used across multiple purchases until fully redeemed
You can then use the gift card code at checkout to purchase replacement item(s).
Exchanges
If you choose to exchange your item:
Complete the Returns Form and select Exchange
Provide your order number and email address
Choose the item you wish to exchange
Select a new size or choose a different item currently in stock
Review and submit your request
You now have the convenience of shopping for your replacement item immediately.
Please note:
All exchanges are subject to stock availability
Your requested item is not secured until your return is received and processed
Important Information
You must complete the Returns Form BEFORE sending your item back.
