Below is a step by step process for all returns / exchanges:
Start a return HERE
Please provide your order number (this can be found on the top of the order confirmation email) and email address used for the order.
Then choose the item/s you wish to return.
Once confirmed, using the returns label - send your unwashed, unworn item along with proof of receipt to the above address.
Please allow us up to 3-5 business days to process your return for a store credit or exchange.
If you have chosen a store credit option:
Once we receive the returned item/s we will provide you with a CREDIT NOTE in the form of a GIFT CARD to the exact value of your original order - excluding shipping.
This amount can be used over multiple orders until you have used the total amount. The gift card will have no expiry date.
You then use that code to purchase a replacement item/s.
If you have chosen to exchange your item:
If you choose to exchange an item, you now have the convenience of being able to shop for an alternative immediately.
All you’ll need to do is fill out the Returns Form here and:
Please provide your order number and email address, then choose the item you wish to exchange.
Select the option to exchange for a different size and indicate the new size you are after - or you can exchange it for a different item that is in stock.
Review your return details and submit your request.
Ship it back within 14 days of receiving the item
Please kindly note that all exchanges are subject to stock availability.
