What counts as a final-sale purchase. 

Any item you buy:

(a) at a reduced price, including items marked as sale, clearance, “% off” or “up to % off”;

(b) using a discount code, promotional code or voucher; or

(c) as part of a promotion, event or offer, including Black Friday, End of Season and Flash Sale events, is a final-sale purchase.

No change-of-mind returns or exchanges. Final-sale purchases cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged for change of mind. This includes ordering the wrong size, colour or fit, or no longer wanting the item. Please check our Size Guide carefully before you order.

Mixed orders. If an order contains both full-price and final-sale items, only the full-price items can be returned or exchanged under our standard Returns & Exchanges Policy.

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law, including the consumer guarantees. 

If a final-sale item is faulty, not as described, or not of acceptable quality, you are entitled to a remedy as the law provides, which may be a repair, replacement or refund. To make a claim, contact us through our Help Desk with your order number and photos of the issue.
