Take advantage of our instant exchange service for faster exchanges. When you initiate an exchange online, you have the choice to provide your credit card information and authorise a $1 hold. This allows us to ship the new item, even before you send the original item back to us.

Rest assured, your new items will be on their way immediately. Simply ensure that you send the return items via post within 14 days; otherwise, charges will be incurred for the additional item.

In the event that you fail to post your return within 14 days of initiating the Instant Exchange, the full amount of the new item will be charged to your card.
