If you paid using Afterpay, any approved refund will be processed directly through Afterpay.

• Refunds will be applied to your payment plan and adjusted against your remaining instalments in reverse order.

• If there are outstanding instalments and no payments have yet been made, a refund will not be issued at that time.

• If your payment plan has already been completed, Afterpay will process the refund to your original payment method within 2–5 business days.

To avoid any dishonour or late fees, we strongly recommend continuing your scheduled payments while your return is in transit and being processed.
